الجملة الفعلية عند سيبويه بين الوضع و الاستعمال و أثر ذلك في تحقيق الملكة التّبليغيّة

• ملخص : • حلّل سيبويه الجملة الفعليّة من زاويتين مختلفتين من جهة و متكاملتين من جهة أخرى:زاوية بنويّة لفظيّة تحدّث فيها عن القوانين الوضعيّة المجرّدة الّتي تحكم الجملة الفعليّة،وزاوية خطابيّة تبليغيّة تحدّث فيها عن الفائدة،وعن الوجوه المختلفة للتّركيب الواحد في واقع الاستعمال،والقصد الّذي يحمله كل وجه من تلك الوجوه في سياق محدّد، ولاشكّ أنّ التّحليل الأوّل يعمل على تحقيق الملكة اللّغويّة بينما يحقّق التّحليل الخطابي التّبليغي الملكة التّبليغيّة. Abstract: Sibawih analyzed the verb phrase from two angles,different in one side and complementary in another.A structural and verbal angle;where he spoke about the abstract dispositive laws that controls the verb phrase,and a communicative rhetorical angle in which he spoke about interest and the different faces of the one comlex in the reality of use, and also the aim carried by each face in a specific context.There's no doubt that the first analysis works to fulfill the linguistic competence while the rhetorical communicative analysis fulfills the communicative competence
