تصور مقترح لاستراتيجية ثقافية محكمنة في المجتمعات العربية في ظل المتغيرات المعاصرة

الملخص
تشهد الإنسانية متغيرات متلاحقة ألمت بالثقافات والحضارات المعاصرة، فأنتجت إمكانات فريدة وتحديات متنوعة، وأوجدت تحولات دراماتيكية في الفكر البشري المعاصر، مما أثر بصورة أو بأخرى في منظومة القيم البشرية وسلوك الأفراد والجماعات وطرق التفكير وسبل المعيشة بألوانها كافةً، فبرز دور الحكمة في إدارة متغيرات العصر الحديث، وتطويعها لخدمة المجتمعات، لذا جاء هذا البحث ليرسم تصور مقترح لاستراتيجية ثقافية وقيمية محكمنة في المجتمعات العربية في ظل المتغيرات المعاصرة، وذلك من خلال بيان مفهوم الحكمنة وفلسفته من منظور لغوي، وتسليط الضوء على المتغيرات المعاصرة وأثرها في حكمنة المجتمعات العربية، ومن ثم رسم تصور مقترح لاستراتيجية محكمنة في المجتمعات العربية في ظل المتغيرات المعاصرة، وذلك على مستوى الفرد والثقافات والحضارات ومؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية الرسمية والأهلية، وبعد ذلك إطلاق توصيات من أجل حكمنة فاعلة في المجتمعات العربية في ظل المتغيرات المعاصرة، وتوضيح كل ما سبق بمنهج قائم على الوصف والبناء لرسم استراتيجية ثقافية محكمنة، ومن ثم الخاتمة وفيها النتائج والتوصيات. Humanity has witnessed successive changes in contemporary cultures and civilizations. It has produced unique potentials and varied challenges. It has created dramatic transformations in modern human thought, which has affected the human values system and the behavior of individuals, groups, ways of thinking and ways of living in all its colors. The present research aims at drawing up a proposed conception of a cultural and value-based strategy in the Arab societies in light of the contemporary changes, through the presentation of the concept of wisdom and its philosophy from a linguistic perspective, Contemporary changes and their impact on the wisdom of the Arab societies, and then draw a proposed vision for a strategy of empowerment in the Arab societies in the light of contemporary changes, at the level of the individual, cultures, civilizations and institutions of social upbringing formal and civil, and then the launch of recommendations for effective governance in Arab societies under contemporary variables , And to clarify all of the above in a descriptive and constructive approach to the development of a cultural strategy, and then the conclusion and conclusions and recommendations.
