العمل التطوعي و تنمية ثقافة المواطنة لدى الشباب الجزائري - الجمعيات الخيرية أنموذجا ً

الملخص
يُشكِّل العمل التطوعي سلوكا ً إنسانيا ً حضاريا ً، مما أدى إلى زيادة تركيز اهتمام المجتمع الدولي بالعمل التطوعي، فقررت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة إعلان سنة 2001 السنة الدولية للمتطوعين، باعتباره عنصرا ًمهما ًفي أي استراتيجية تهدف إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. انطلاقا ًمما سبق، تهدف المداخلة إلى محاولة معرفة دور العمل التطوعي في تنمية وتفعيل قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب الجزائري من خلال الجمعيات الخيرية، والانتقال بمفهوم المشاركة من مستوى التصورات النظرية إلى واقع الممارسات الاجتماعية. وبالتالي الاسهام في ترسيخ تقاليد المشاركة التطوعية الشبابية عبر العمل الجمعوي، والاستثمار في الموارد البشرية، بالانتقال من فئة اللامبالين القليلي التفاعل مع المشاركة المدنية ذوي الثقافة الضيقة، إلى المشاركين ذوي الثقافة الإيجابية المساهمين في عملية التنمية. مما أدى إلى طرح التساؤل التالي: ما مدى مساهمة العمل التطوعي في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب الجزائري، وتحقيق تنمية مستدامة؟ Volunteerism is an urbanized human behavior, which has led to a greater focus of the international community on volunteerism. The United Nations General Assembly decided to proclaim 2001 as the International Year of Volunteers as an important element of any strategy for sustainable development. The aim of the intervention is to try to understand the role of volunteerism in the development and activation of the values of citizenship among Algerian youth through charitable societies, and to move from the concept of participation to the reality of social practices. Thus contributing to the consolidation of the traditions of volunteer youth participation through charitable work. And investment in human resources, moving from the category of indifferent and spectators with little interaction with civil participation with narrow culture, to participants with a positive culture contributing to the development process. This led to the following question : What is the contribution of volunteering to the development of the values of citizenship among young people and achieving sustainable development?
