دور القيادة السياسية في تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي

الملخص
هناك العديد من الأدبيات السياسية التي تناولت مفهوم القيادة والعلاقة بين القيادة ، وخاصة القيادة السياسية ، والعديد من المفاهيم الأخرى ، وعلى رأسها مفهوم ألاستقرار السياسي ، تركز هذه الدراسة على محددات دور القيادة في عملية الاستقرار السياسي ، بحيث يكون للقيادة مجموعة من الأهداف الواضحة نابعة من فهم طبيعة المجتمع ومتطلباته لتحقيق الاستقرار السياسي. ولن يتحقق ذلك بدون قائد مصمم على تلبية احتياجات مجتمعه ، ويتمتع بوعي وقدر كبير من المرونة في التعامل مع المستجدات والتأثيرات الخارجية والمتغيرات الداخلية ، وقادر على مواجهة ما يعيق، الاستقرار السياسي في البلاد. في هذه الدراسة ، سنسلط الضوء على البرازيل ورواندا كمثال مثير للاهتمام. حيث نجد العديد من المزايا وخاصة التنوع العرقي. There are many political literature that dealt with the concept of leadership and the relationship between leadership especially political leadership, and many other concepts, mainly the concept of political stability, this study focuses on the determinants of the role of leadership in the process of political stability, so that the leadership has a set of clear objectives stemming from understanding the nature of society and its requirements for political stability. This will not be achieved without a leader determined to meet the needs of his community, who is consciously and flexible in dealing with external developments and influences and internal variables, and is able to cope with what hinders political stability in the country.
