معالجة الصحافة الجزائرية للأزمات الداخلية: دراسة تحليلية لعينة من أعداد جريدة الخبر حول الغاز الصخري.

الملخص
الملخص: تزداد أهمية وسائل الإعلام والاتصال في أوقات الأزمات التي تصيب المجتمعات، فتشكل إحدى أهم المصادر التي يعتمد عليها الجمهور في استقاء المعلومات والأخبار المرتبطة بهذه الأحداث، وذلك من خلال قيامها بدورين مختلفين، الأول ايجابي ويكون بضمان تغطية كاملة ومتوازنة للأزمة، أما الدور الثاني فهو سلبي ويتجلى في تشويه الحقائق وتقديم معالجة ناقصة للحدث بعيدة عن الموضوعية والمصداقية، وقد كان الإعلام الجزائري دوما حاضرا في مختلف الأزمات الداخلية التي واجهته على اختلاف أنواعها، لكن هذا الحضور كان في بعض جوانبه ايجابيا وفي بعضه الأخر سلبيا، لذا سنسلط الضوء في هذا المقال على أداء الصحافة الجزائرية الخاصة ممثلة في جريدة الخبر ومدى فعاليتها في إدارة الأزمات الداخلية كتلك التي عرفتها منطقة الجنوب الجزائري مؤخرا والمتعلقة باستغلال الغاز الصخري، وعليه نطرح التساؤل التالي: كيف عالجت جريدة الخبر ملف استغلال الغاز الصخري في الجزائر؟ Abstract In times of crises and internal issues, the mass media and communication are considered as one of the most important sources the public can rely on to get information and news, and they have two roles; the first one is positive and it ensures complete and balanced coverage to the crisis, however the second one is negative and it distorts the facts and provides incomplete treatment to the event far from objectivity and credibility. The Algerian press has always been present in various internal crises, but this presence was sometimes positive and negative in other times as well ,and one of the events that occurred recently is the exploitation of the shale gas which agitated the public opinion and pushed the population of the south to do protests against this exploitation for the sake of preserving the environment and protecting its water resources, that’s why we’ll highlight in this article the performance of the Algerian press depending on the model of the daily newspaper “El Khabar” and analyze its content on the shale gas file and its effectiveness in the management of this internal crisis, therefore we’ll ask the following question: How did El Khabar newspaper manage the exploitation of the shale gas file in Algeria?
