الملخص
الملخص: يشكّل الأمن الدستوري أحد أبرز الأهداف الأساسية التي اتسمت بتحقيقها مختلف الدساتير الجزائرية لاسيّما في ظل المراجعة الدستورية الأخيرة لـ 2020 ضمانا لتكريس مبدأ سمو الدستور على جميع القواعد القانونية الأخرى ونفاذ أحكامه، عن طريق ما يعرف بألية الرقابة الدستورية على القوانين، باعتبارها وسيلة دستورية لإلغاء كل نص قانوني يثبت عدم دستوريته على نحو سابق أو لاحق لعملية إصداره، وتحقيقا لهذا الغرض نوّع المؤسس الدستوري في أشكال أو صور الرقابة الدستورية التي تختلف باختلاف المجالات التي ينظمها الدستور، وإن كانت جلّها تهدف إلى ضمان نفاذ القواعد الدستورية من حيث الشكل والمضمون، تأكيدا على مبدأ سمو الدستور والالتزام بأحكامه في إطار ما يعرف بتعزيز الأمن الدستوري.
