الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على دور الإرشاد والتوجيه المدرسي في التكفل بالتلاميذ في ظل الوضع جائحة كورونا، حيث يكتسي الإرشاد والتوجيه أهمية كبرى في المؤسسات التعليمية كونه يعد إحدى الركائز الأساسية والتي لا غنى عنها في منظومة التربية والتعليم فهو يقوم على معالم واضحة وأسس علمية وعملية بناءة بالإعتماد على مختصين في المجال، يتمحور هدفها حول جوانب النمو المتعددة للتلميذ كالجانب النفسي والأخلاقي والإجتماعي والمهني وغيرها، وتنمية المهارات وتعليم الإتجاهات سعيا لإكساب التلميذ صبغة العصر الحديث وقدرته على مواكبة التطورات الهائلة التي مست شتى مجالات الحياة والإندماج معها والقدرة على إدارة الأزمات والمشكلات المختلفة التي يواجهها العصر، و سيتم التطرق في محتوى البحث إلى دور الإرشاد والتوجيه المدرسي في تسيير وتسهيل عمل المدرسة خاصة مع تفشي وباء كورونا المستجد. This research paper aims to identify the role of school counseling and guidance in taking care of students in light of the situation of the Corona pandemic, where guidance and direction are of great importance in educational institutions as it is one of the basic and indispensable pillars of the education system, as it is based on clear milestones Scientific foundations and a constructive process by relying on specialists in the field, whose goal revolves around the various aspects of the student’s growth, such as the psychological, ethical, social, and professional aspects, among others, and the development of skills and teaching trends in order to give the student the character of the modern era and his ability to keep pace with the tremendous developments that affected various areas of life and integration with it and the ability to manage crises And the various problems facing the era, and the research content will address the role of school counseling and guidance in running and facilitating school work, especially with the outbreak of the new Corona epidemic.
