تفعيل بورصة الجزائر بين الواقع و المأمول

الملخص
تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على بعض الآليات التي نحاول من خلالها تفعيل دور بورصة القيم المنقولة في الجزائر، حيث تعتبر سوق الأوراق المالية المحرك الرئيسي للنمو الاقتصادي في الدول المتطورة أو النامية على حد سواء، و لذلك وجب تأسيس سوق أوراق المالية قوي و نشيط لمواكبة النمو الاقتصادي، وبالنظر لضعف سوق الأوراق المالية الجزائري وعدم قدرته على دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية بسبب عدم تنوع الأوراق المالية المتداولة و قلة عدد المؤسسات الاقتصادية المدرجة، و قد حاولنا البحث في أساليب و آليات تساعد على النهوض بها و اقترحنا تفعيلها من خلال النظام المحاسبي والجهاز الصرفي الجزائري بالإضافة إلى تنشيط سوق المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في البورصة، و الهدف من هذا البحث هو تشجيع المؤسسات على الدخول للبورصة و تداول الأوراق المالية كبديل للتمويل البنكي This study highlights some mechanisms by which it tries to activate the role of stock exchange in Algeria. The stock market is considered the main driver of economic growth in developed and developing countries. Thus, a strong and active stock market should be established to cope with economic growth. The weakness of the Algerian stock market and its inability to advance the economic development is due to the lack of diversity of securities traded in the financial market and the reduced number of economic institutions. Hence, we tried to set methods and mechanisms to promote and activate them through the accounting system and the Algerian device exchange, in addition to the revitalization of small and medium enterprises in the market. Therefore, the main objective of the present paper is to encourage the enterprises to enter the stock market and to opt for securities trading as an alternative to bank financing.
