صفقة القرن, وأثر الاستراتيجية الوطنية لإدارة الأزمات على الاستقرار السياسي في الأردن (2016-2020)

الملخص
تبحث هذه الدراسة في الاستراتيجية الاردنية لإدارة الازمات الداخلية والخارجية, الاجتماعية والامنية والاقتصادية والسياسية الناجمة عن صفقة القرن, على الاستقرار السياسي في الاردن وخصوصا بعد عام 2016م، ومدى أثرها على السياسات الخارجية للدولة الاردنية، وتستخدم هذه الدراسة نظرية صنع القرار في تفسير مدى قدرة صانع القرار الاردني من الاستمرار في رفض الصفقة رغم تزايد الضغوطات الداخلية والخارجية, ووضع استراتيجية وطنية للتقليل من الازمات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والامنية, وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجوب تصدي النظام الاردني للضغوطات الخارجية لقبول الصفقة, بالرجوع الى القوانين والقرارات الدولية التي تخالف جل بنود الصفقة, وتكاثف الجهود الداخلية والتماسك الاجتماعي للحد من الازمات الداخلية الناجمة عن التنوع الديمغرافي الاردني الذي يعتبر نصف سكانه من اصول فلسطينية وعدد كبير من اللاجئين السوريين والعراقيين والوافدين العرب. This study examines the Jordanian strategy for managing the internal and external, social, security, economic and political crises resulting from the deal of the century, on the political stability in Jordan, especially after the year 2016 AD, and the extent of its impact on the foreign policies of the Jordanian state, and this study uses the theory of decision-making in explaining the extent of the decision-maker’s ability The Jordanian government decided to continue rejecting the deal despite the increasing internal and external pressures, and to develop a national strategy to reduce social, economic and security crises. The study concluded that the Jordanian regime must address external pressures to accept the deal, by referring to international laws and decisions that violate most of the terms of the deal, intensifying internal efforts and social cohesion To reduce the internal crises resulting from the Jordanian demographic diversity, of which half of the population is of Palestinian origin and a large number of Syrian and Iraqi refugees and Arab immigrants.
