الملخص
تعمل المفاهيم عمليا للسيطرة بشكل عام على سياسات التحكم الفكري في الشعوب لفائدة نظريات ورؤى المنظومة العالمية الأكثر نفوذا وهيمنة تكنولوجيا واقتصاديا وثقافيا، لبقاء مفاهيم معينة بحد ذاتها وفق نظرتها وبيئة خبرائها ومنظريها في كل العلوم، دخلت ضمن السيادة الثقافية للأمم على صناعة المفاهيم، اين تجاوز مفهوم خاصية سيادة الدولة فكرة مجموع الصفات والخصائص الموضحة لممارستها امة او شعب، بل اصبحت تعبير عن مشروع اقتصادي وسياسي وثقافي ينتصر لفائدة مجموعات بعينها، تربطها دوائر مصلحية واستراتيجيات عمل متوسطة أو بعيدة المدى. In practice, the concepts of control over the policies of intellectual control in peoples work for the benefit of the theories and visions of the world's most influential system and the domination of technology, economy and culture, to keep certain concepts in their own right and the environment of their experts and theorists in all sciences, which have come within the cultural sovereignty of Nations to make concepts. Where does the concept of State sovereignty go beyond the idea of the sum of the qualities and characteristics described for the exercise of a nation or people, and it has become an expression of an economic, political and cultural project that triumphs for specific groups, linked by constituencies and medium- or long-term strategies of action
