التوجه الإستثماري للمناطق الصناعية ومناطق النشاط في الجزائر

الملخص
مـلخـص: تعتبر المناطق الصناعية من الأساليب الحديثة للتوطن الصناعي ، فهي تساهم في جذب الإستثمار، وتحقيق التنمية الصناعية ،التي تهدف لتطوير الصناعة المحلية ؛ وبالتالي القيام باقتصاد قوي يعتمد على الاستقلالية وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي في حدود الموارد الوطنية ، وايجاد فرص عمل جديدة ، ولذلك فان قضية إنشاء و تطوير المناطق الصناعية تحظى بأهمية بالغة من قبل الدول والحكومات . ناهيك على أن المناطق الصناعية تعمل على تجميع المصانع في منطقة واحدة، من استغلال الخدمات والتسهيلات المتاحة، التي تعمل على خفض تكلفة المرافق والخدمات وتركيزها من أجل خدمة تجمع صناعي كبير ؛ وبالتالي تؤدي إلى ازدهار قطاع الصناعة وتنوعه مع العمل على تفعيل التنمية الشاملة، ولهذا لابد من اتخاذ جملة من التدابير والسياسات لتنظيم المناطق الصناعية حتى تتمكن من تحقيق التنمية المرجوة منها وانعاش الاقتصاد الوطني وتطويره باستمرار . . Abstract: The industrial zones are considered among the modern methods of industrial settlement, they contribute to attracting investment and achieving industrial development that aims to develop the local industry and consequently a strong economy based on independence and achieving self-sufficiency within the limits of national resources and finding new job opportunities, therefore the issue of establishing and developing industrial areas Of great importance by countries and governments Not to mention that the industrial zones are working to group factories in one region by using the available services and facilities, which works to reduce the cost of facilities and services and focus them in order to serve a large industrial gathering and thus lead to the prosperity and diversification of the industry sector while working to activate comprehensive development, and for this must be taken A set of measures and policies to organize the industrial zones so that they can achieve the desired development and revitalize and continually develop the national economy.
