الملخص
ملخص: تعد العدالة الاجتماعية مطلب كل نظام سياسي من أجل القضاء على التفاوت الطبقي في المجتمع، وهي بذلك تعتبر الركن الجوهري التي ينبغي للتشريع الأساسي أن يتضمنها، وتبعا لذلك نجد أن معظم دساتير الدول تعمل على التأسيس لتحقيق هذه المقاربة المفصلية في حياة الشعوب والأمم، من خلال منظومة قانونية متوازنة ومتكاملة وتحقق العدالة الاجتماعية، سواء تلك الأسس المتعلقة بالقضايا السياسية والمؤسساتية، أو تلك الناظمة لشأن الحقوق والحريات، أو تلك التي تؤسس لمنظومة اجتماعية اقتصادية فاعلة، وتبعا لذلك فإن من مخرجات استهداف الأسس الدستورية الناظمة للعدالة الاجتماعية هو أن نصل بالمجتمع لأن تكون الحقوق والحريات مصانة، والمؤسسات مشروعة، والفرص متكافئة : Abstract: Social justice is the demand of every political system for the elimination of class inequalities in society. It is thus the fundamental pillar that should be included in the basic legislation. Accordingly, most state constitutions work to establish this detailed approach in the lives of peoples and nations through A balanced and integrated legal system that achieves social justice, whether those that are related to political and institutional issues, those that regulate rights and freedoms, or those that establish an effective socio-economic system, and as a result of targeting the constitutional foundations governing social justice. It is to connect society with rights and freedoms to be safeguarded, legitimate institutions, and equal opportunities.
