الملخص

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان أهمية التفسير المقارن، ومكانته عند علماء التفسير، والتعرُّف على أنواعه، وتسليط الضوء على أهميته والحاجة إليه في عصرنا الحالي، وأهمية تنزيل وتطبيق تلك القواعد في التفسير المقارن على سور القرآن، فجاءت هذه الدراسة كنموذج عملي للتفسير المقارن، ومن خلالها تم عرض أقوال العلماء في كلمة الكوثر، وعرض أدلتهم، ثم بيان القول الأقرب إلى الصواب في نظر الباحث، واعتمد الباحث على الترجيح القواعد التفسيرية المثبتة والمقررة في كتب علوم القرآن والأصول، كان القول الخاص هو الصحيح، من الجانب الدليلي ومن الجانب اللغوي العربي، ومن الجانب المنطقي العقلي. وفي ثنايا البحث ظهرت أهمية التفريق بين نهر الكوثر والحوض، حيث إن القارئ قد يحصل له لبس بينهما، وسردت أقوال العلماء في هذا الشأن، وأثبت ما هو أقرب من حيث الأدلة ومعانيها. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي القائم على الاستقراء والتحليل والاستنباط، مع الاعتماد على المنهج المقارن عند إيراد المسائل الخلافية الفقهية، والمنهج الاستدلالي عند الحاجة إلى الترجيح وعرض الأدلة. Study summary: Study guide to the features of comparative exegesis, the place of study in the interpretation guide, to identify its types, highlight its importance and need for it in our current time, and the importance of downloading those rules in comparative interpretation on the Qur’an, so this study came as a practical model for comparative interpretation, and a platform for sayings were presented Scholars in the word Al-Kawthar and presenting their evidence, then explaining the statement the statement closest to the correctness in the view of the researcher, and the researcher relied on the weighting of the established and established interpretative rules in the sciences of the Qur’an books and the fundamentals. . In the folds of research, the result of the differentiation between Al-Kawthar and Al-Basin appeared, as the relative may have a relationship between them, and the sayings of scholars in this regard were narrated, and the closest in terms of their meanings was proven. The study relied on the descriptive approach based on induction, analysis and deduction, with reliance on the comparative approach when reporting the disagreement, and the inferential approach when the need for weighting and presentation.
