الانفتاح السمعي البصري وجدلية تشكل الفضاء العمومي في الجزائر في ظل الحراك الشعبي

الملخص
ملخص: تبحث هذه الدراسة الكيفية وعبر مقاربة منهجية تأملية نقدية في تجليات الفضاء العمومي في الجزائر بعد الانفتاح السمعي البصري وظهور القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة، وذلك باستعراض الجدل العلمي والاشكاليات المعرفية المترتبة عن تبني المفهوم وترحيله من سياقاته البحثية والسياسية والسوسيوثقافية إلى فضائنا التداولي وذلك بإخضاعه لمساءلات علمية وفكرية جريئة من حيث المشروعية الابستمولوجية في توطين المفهوم وتعريضه للنقد والتحليل بتشابكه مع معطيات الواقع أولا والأفكار والمعارف المنتجة في الحقل العلمي عربيا وجزائريا خاصة بالتزامن مع أحداث الحراك الشعبي. سيما وأن هذه القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة التي ظهرت تتعرض لنقد كبير في الكثير من الجوانب سواء تعلق الأمر بقانونها الأساسي أو بهويتها المهنية باعتبار أن ملكيتها غامضة يتقاسم فيها النفوذ النزعتين السياسية والمالية، وهذا يدفع للتشكيك في استقلاليتها المهنية ومستويات الحرية في اثارة النقاشات العامة المدعومة بالحجاج العقلي خارج أطر الوصاية السياسية والضغوطات المالية وما يترتب عن ذلك من تأثير في أخلاقيات التواصل الثقافي والتغطية على إجلاء الحقيقة التي تعتبر من الأهداف الأساسية للفضاء العمومي. نهدف من خلال الدراسة لمراجعة الانسياق الحماسي وراء تبني هذه الاطروحات العلمية الغربية حول الفضاء العمومي، وبذل المزيد من الجهود لسيقنتها، وذلك بتعميق الرؤية التأملية النقدية في المنطلقات النظرية لعمل هذه القنوات التلفزيونية وتحليل الأطر القانونية التي تحكمها ضمن نظام الهيمنة السائد خاصة في بعديه السياسي والمالي واقتراح مسارات لتشكيل المجتمع المفتوح. الكلمات المفتاحية : الانفتاح السمعي البصري، الإعلام التلفزيوني، فضاء عمومي ، حراك شعبي This study examines how and through a systematic approach to contemplative cash in the manifestations of public sphere in Algeria after opening up the audiovisual appearance of private TV channels, using scientific argumentation and the cognitive implications of adopting the concept and deported from the context of his research and political associate to our space trading . Especially since these private TV channels that have emerged relating to transport big in a lot of aspects whether it's the legality of a statute or the identity of the professional as to ownership of a mysterious share in the influence of the conflict of two political and financial, that pays to question the independence of the tasks and the levels of freedom in stirring public debate supported the need to contract outside the frameworks of the guardianship of the political pressures of Finance and the consequent effect in the ethics of communication and cultural change on the evacuation of truth, which is considered one of the basic goals of the space public. We aim, through the study to review the conformism of protection behind the adoption of these treatises of Western science about the public sphere and make more efforts since, so as to suspend the vision of the contemplative cash in the system for these TV channels and the legal frameworks that govern them within the system of domination prevailing in particular in two dimensions political and financial support and to propose pathways for the formation of an open society. .
