الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة بتفحص واقع منطقة جنوب الصحراء والساحل، في إطار تنافس القوى الدولية الكبرى عليها. انطلقنا في دراستنا هذه من إشكالية رئيسة مفادها؛ فهم أهم المحددات التي مكنت القوى الدولية الكبرى من بناء إستراتجيات وترتيبات تنافسية إزاء منطقة جنوب الصحراء والساحل. وما هي انعكاسات هذا التنافس على أمن واستقرار المنطقة. في الأخير توصلنا إلى أن القوى الكبرى تسعى من خلال التنافس على جنوب الصحراء والساحل إلى تحقيق رهانين الأول جيوإستراتيجي والثاني رهان جيوأمني. This study aims to examine the reality of the sub-Saharan region and the Sahel, in the context of competition for major international powers. We proceeded in our study from a major problem, according to which: Understanding the most important determinants that enabled the major international powers to build competitive strategies and arrangements towards the sub-Saharan region and the Sahel. And what are the implications of this competition for the security and stability of the region? In the end, we concluded that the major powers are seeking, through competition for southern Sahara and the Sahel, to achieve two geostrategic bets, and the second a geo-security bet.
