الملخص

لقد شغلت قضية المرأة مكانة كبيرة في مواثيق حقوق الإنسان والقوانين الدولية، نظرا لقيمتها وأهمتها في المجتمع وسيرورة تقدمه، فتنمية المجتمع من تنميتها وتخلفه من تخلفها، ولذلك كانت العناية بها ورعاية متطلباتها وتحقيق رفاهيتها وشروط تنميتها أحد أسباب تقدم الدول ونهضتها، باعتبارها الأساس في إنجاب الأجيال وتربيتهم، ولا يثمر ذلك ثمرته إذا لم تكن متمتعة بكافة حقوقها التي تضمن لها الصحة والسلامة والأمن والحرية والكرامة لتحقيق ذلك والمساهمة في تنمية المجتمع بما يواكب العصر الذي تتساوى فيه المرأة بالرجل في كافة الحقوق والواجبات مع رعاية خصوصيتها البيولوجية في الحمل والإنجاب والرعاية الصحية لذلك، وكذا احترام خصوصية بنيتها الجسدية حتى لا تحمل ما لا تطيق في الشغل أو تستغل استغلالا ينقص من قيمتها وحريتها وكرامتها. The issue of women occupied a great place in the charters of human rights and international laws, In view of its value and importance in society and the process of its progress, the development of society is from its development and its backwardness, Therefore, taking care of it, taking care of its requirements, achieving its welfare and the conditions for its development was one of the reasons for the progress and advancement of states, As the foundation for generating and raising generations, This does not bear fruit if it does not enjoy all of its rights that guarantee it health, safety, security, freedom and dignity to achieve this and contribute to the development of society in a way that coincides with the era in which women have equal rights with men in all rights and duties while taking care of their biological characteristics in pregnancy, reproduction and health care for that, As well as respect for the privacy of her physical structure so that she does not carry what cannot be tolerated in work or exploited exploitation that detracts from its value, freedom and dignity.
