تكنولوجيا المعلوماتية وأثرها على اللغة في ظل التحولات الاجتماعية المتسارعة

الملخص
تلعب اللغة في مجتمع المعلومات دورا أساسيا لأسباب عدة: محورية الثقافة في منظومة المجتمع ومحورية اللغة في منظومة الثقافة فقد ثبت أن الثقافة أصبحت محور عملية التنمية في مجتمع المعلومات وأكدت اللغة بفضل تطور المعلوماتية كونها منظومة ثقافية بلا منازع ونتيجة لذلك فقد أصبحت معالجة اللغة آليا بواسطة الحاسوب ،وأن اللغة هي المنهل الطبيعي الذي تستقي منه هذه التكنولوجيا أسس ذكائها الاصطناعي والأفكار المحورية للارتقاء بلغات البرمجة. ونظرا للضعف اللغوي الذي يعتبر ظاهرة تصيب جميع لغات العالم في فترات تختلقها ظروف معينة ، وهذه الظروف بدورها توجهها أسباب قد تكون من داخل اللغة ذاتها ، أو أسباب أخرى تصنعها درجات نمو الأمم وتطورها . والضعف اللغوي في العربية متجدر في تاريخها ، وقد تعاظم مع مرور الزمن إلى أن ولّد هاجس الخوف الذي صار يقلق الغيورين عليها ، ولعل الذي زاد المسألة تعقيدا هو تلك العصرنة التي مسّت جميع مناحي الحياة ، حتى غدت مكانة اللغة مرتبطة بالمستوى الفكري والاقتصادي والعلمي والحضاري لأبنائها ، ومدى قدرتهم على الخلق والابتكار ، ومدى اكتفائهم تكنولوجيا ، لأن التبعية العلمية وخمول الأمة أكبر عدوين للغة ، وهما سببان مباشران لموتها . Language plays a fundamental role in the information society for several reasons: The centrality of culture in the community system and the centrality of language in the culture system, as it has been proven that culture has become the focus of the development process in the information society and has emphasized language thanks to the development of informatics as it is an undisputed cultural system. Technology is the basis of its artificial intelligence and the pivotal ideas for advancing programming languages. In view of the linguistic weakness, which is considered a phenomenon that affects all the languages of the world in periods that are created by certain circumstances, and these circumstances in turn are directed by causes that may be from within the language itself, or other causes that are made by the degrees of growth and development of nations. The linguistic weakness in Arabic is rooted in its history, and it increased with the passage of time until the obsession of fear that became worried by the jealous about it, and perhaps what complicated the issue was that modernization that affected all aspects of life, until the status of the language became linked to the intellectual, economic, scientific and cultural level of its children. And the extent of their ability to create and innovate, and the extent of their technological sufficiency, because scientific dependency and the inactivity of the nation are the two biggest enemies of language, and they are the direct causes of its death.
