أحكام الاستثمار الرياضي في القانون الجزائري

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم نوع من الاستثمار خارج قطاع المحروقات والخدمات، ونقصد بالدراسة الاستثمار في المجال الرياضي، وبعيدا عن طرق التقليدية له، بل تهدف دراستنا إلى الوقوف على الطرق الحديثة للاستثمار في الأندية الرياضية المحترفة، ويشكل الاستثمار في هذا المجال مصدر مهم للربح من طرف المستثمر. وتقدر نتائج البحث أن المشرع الجزائري بالرغم من جعله النادي المحترف شركة أموال وبالأخص شركة مساهمة، حيث لم يعطي للاستثمار الرياضي طبقا لاحكام قانون الاستثمار تلك المزيا المقدرة للاستثمار في المجالات الأخرى، وتدارك الامر بالسماح للجمعيات بالاستثمار في الرياضة، بعيدا عن تلك المزايا. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاستثمار، الرياضة، الاحتراف، النادي المحترف. The study aims to highlight the most important type of investment outside the fuel and services sector, and we mean by studying investment in the sports field, away from the traditional methods of it. Rather, our study aims to stand on modern ways of investing in professional sports clubs, and investment in this field constitutes an important source of profit on the part of The investor. The results of the research estimate that the Algerian legislator, although the professional club made it a money company, especially a joint stock company, did not give sports investment according to the provisions of the investment law the advantages that are estimated to invest in other fields, and rectify the matter by allowing associations to invest in sports, away from those advantages.
