دراسة قياسية لتوافر وسائل الدعم ودورها في تجسيد النية المقاولاتية لدى الجامعيين A Standard Study Of The Availability Of Support Means And Its Role In Embodying The Entrepreneurial Intention Of University Students

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير كل من موارد الدعم الهيكلي والنفسي والمالي التي يتلقاها خريج الجامعة من مؤسسات الدعم المالي والعائلة والتكوين على تفعيل النوايا المقاولاتية،وتم تطبيق دراسة 97 خريج جامعي و صاحب مشروع مقاولاتي في مختلف التخصصات، وتم الاستعانة باستبانة لجمع المعلومات، وتم تحليلها باعتماد على برنامج الإحصائيSmartPLS، وأظهرت النتائج على أن كل من التمويل والعائلة لها تأثير ايجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية على النية المقاولاتية، على غرار التكوين ليس له تأثير معنوي، بينما التمويل والتكوين لهم تأثير ايجابي دو دلال إحصائية على الفعل المقاولاتي، على عكس العائلة التي ليس لها تأثير معنوي، كما أثبتت الدراسة على أن النية المقاولاتية ليس لها تأثير معنوي. The current study aimed to discover the impact of structural, psychological and financial support resources, which were received by the university graduate from different financial support institutions, family in addition to the training that activates entrepreneurial intentions. Therefore, a study was undertaken where 97university graduates and those with entrepreneurial projects in several domains were included. In order to gather the necessary data, a questionnaire was used. Accordingly, data collected were analyzed using SmartPLS statistical package. On the one hand, results showed that both finance and family had a positive effect with a statistical significance on the entrepreneurial intention, which was not the case for training. On the other hand, both finance and training had a positive impact with a statistical significance on the entrepreneurial act. On the contrary, family did not have any moral influence. Besides, the study proved that the entrepreneurial intention did not have any moral impact
