الملخص
أثر المؤسسات المالية الدولية في توجيه السياسة العامة في الجزائر (2000-2017) الملخص: يتناول المقال أثر المؤسسات المالية الدولية في توجيه السياسة العامة في الجزائر 2000-2017، من خلال إيجاد إطاراً يُعتدُّ به لفهم الميكانزمات و آليات المؤسسات المالية الدولية في توجيه السياسة العامة للدول خاصة في عالم يشهد نقلة نوعية في جميع المجالات فلم تعد الدولة هي الفاعل الواحد و الوحيد في العلاقات الدولية، ولم تعد في منأى عن الأزمات فكان لزاماً أن تلجأ هذه الدول إلى المؤسسات المالية للاستدانة الخارجية وهنا يكون تدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول من خلال السياسة المشروطة التي تنتهجها المؤسسات المالية مع الدول للقيام بالإصلاحات مقابل توفير لها أموال في شكل قروض، و هذا ما يجعل الدول تحت وصاية المؤسسات المالية حيث تتدخل في شؤونها الداخلية من حيث الإصلاحات الواجب انتهاجها وغيرها من التدابير والإجراءات، تصبح الدولة مقيدة في قراراتها المتعلقة بالشأن الداخلي. (Impact of International Financial Institutions on the Orientation of Public Policy in Algeria (2000-2017 Abstract: The article examines the impact of the international financial institutions of orientation the public policy in Algeria 2000-2017, by creating a framework for understanding the mechanisms of the international financial institutions in guiding the general policy of countries especially in a world that is undergoing a qualitative leap in all areas. And the only one in international relations and is no longer immune to crises, these countries must resort to financial institutions to borrow and here is interference in the internal affairs of States through the conditional policy of financial institutions with countries to carry out reforms in exchange for providing funds in the form of loaning, and this is what makes countries under the tutelage of financial institutions as interfering in its internal affairs in terms of reforms to be pursued and other measures and actions, become a restricted state in its decisions concerning internal affairs.
