الملخص

الملخص باللغة العربية: إنّ الدستور تشريعٌ أساسي داخل الدولة، يشكل ضمانة لحماية حقوق الإنسان و الحريات الأساسية داخل الدولة سواءا تعلق الأمر بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية أو الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، وسعيا لذلك تقوم الدول بتعديل دساتيرها بما يحفظ ويحقق التمتع بالحقوق والحريات، لذلك تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية للتعرف على مدى سعي المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري من خلال تعديله الدستوري الأخير إلى تكريس حقوق الانسان والحريات الأسياسية في الجزائر. :Abstract The constitution is basic legislation within the state, which constitutes a guarantee for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms within the state, whether it is related to civil and political rights or economic, social and cultural rights. In pursuit of this, states amend their constitutions in a manner that preserves and achieves the enjoyment of rights and freedoms, so this research paper comes to know the extent of The Algerian constitutional founder sought, through his recent constitutional amendment, to enshrine human rights and basic freedoms in Algeria.
