الجرائم المرتكبة ضد الأقليات المسلمة في ميانمار

الملخص
يعتبر موضوع حقوق الإنسان من المواضيع التي إهتم بها القانون الدولي ونظمها حيث أصبحت الإنتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان تعتبر بمثابة إنتهاك دولي صارخ رتب له المجتمع الدولي جزاءات وأعطى حماية جنائية ممثلة في القضاء الدولي الجنائي . لطالما تعرض أفراد الروهينغيا للتمييز والإضطهاد بشكل ممنهج في ميانمار ودأبت الحكومات المتعاقبة هناك على رفض الإعتراف بالروهينغيا كإحدى الجماعات العرقية الأصيلة في ميانمار وفضلاً عن الإضطهاد اليومي الذي يتعرض له الروهينغيا من الجرائم ضد الإنسانية التي تمارس عليهم يوميا منها التطهير العرقي وجرائم الإبادة الجماعية التي يرتكبها البوذيون ضد الأقليات المسلمة المضطهدة في بورما والتي بدأت منذ الإحتلال البريطاني إلى غاية يومنا هذا رغم الاتفاق الدولي على خطورة التشريد والسجن والتهويل وتصل تلك الجرائم إلى مصاف الجرائم المرتكبة ضد الإنسانية وفق أحكام القانون الدولي كونها قد أرتُكبت في سياق هجوم ممنهج واسع النطاق استهدف أفراد أقلية الروهينغيا إضافة إلي جرائم الإغتصاب التي يتعرضن لها مختلف الفئات من نساء وأطفال. ABSTRACT: The subject of human rights is one of the subjects of concern and regulation of international law, where gross violations of human rights have become a flagrant international violation for which the international community has been sanctioned and given criminal protection represented in the international criminal justice system Rohingya have long been systematically discriminated against and persecuted in Myanmar, and successive governments there have consistently refused to recognize the Rohingya as an indigenous ethnic group in Myanmar, as well as the daily persecution of Rohingya from crimes against humanity against them. On a daily basis, including ethnic cleansing and genocide committed by Buddhists against oppressed Muslim minorities in Burma, which began from the British occupation to this day despite international agreement on the seriousness of displacement, imprisonment and intimidation, these crimes amount to crimes against Humanity in accordance with the provisions of international law has been committed in the context of a large-scale systematic attack on members of the Rohingya minority as well as rape sought by various groups of women and children..
