الملخص
الملخص: لقد ارتبط الوضع المزري لمسلمي الروهينغا بتضافر جملة من العوامل منها الدينية و القومية و العرقية التي تطورت أوضاعها و بدأت أحداثها تشتد و تطغى على الساحة الدولية بدأ من شهر ديسمبر من سنة 2017 نتيجة التطورات الخطيرة التي شهدها إقليم أركان بميانمار، مما أدى إلى ارتكاب انتهاكات جمة لقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني من جهة و الاهتمام الملحوظ للمجتمع الدولي بالوضع الإنساني لمسلمي الروهينغا من جهة ثانية، غير أنه ما يدق ناقوس الخطر و يدعو إلى سرعة التحرك لاحتواء الوضع الراهن هو إشكالية تحديد الوصف القانوني للوضع الإنساني في بورما وضرورة تحديد الخانة التي يمكن أن تصنف ضمنها الأعمال غير الإنسانية الممارسة على مسلمي الروهينغا. :Abstract The dire situation for ROHINGTA Muslims has been linked to a combination of a number of reasons ,including religious, racial and ethnicity , this situation has evolved and started to intensify and overwhelm the international scene, starting from December 2017, as a result of the serious developments in the province ARKAN ,MYANMAR, which led to serious violations of the rules of international humanitarian law and the remarkable interest of the international community in the humanitarian situation of the ROHINGYA Muslims on the other hand ,however, what raises the alarm and calls for speedy action to contain this status is the problem of defining the legal description of the humanitarian situation in BURMA and the need to define the box within which the inhumane acts practiced against the ROHINGYA Muslims can be classified.
