تحليل مظاهر الصراع بالمؤسسة الجزائرية من خلال بعض الدراسات الإمبريقية

الملخص

ملخص: إن منظومة علاقات العمل لا تتأسس على وهم مجتمع ومصالح مشتركة بين شركاء اجتماعيين، و إنما على وجود مصالح متباينة عادة و متعارضة أحيانا. و من أجل التغلب على مصدر النزاعات التي تترتب عن تنظيم العمل، شجعت كثيرا من الإدارات على أشكال أمست ممكنة خاصة بفضل العلاقات الإنسانية التي تقوم على التعاون السلمي والخاضع و المطاوعة. بتعبير آخر يعد معظم مسيري المؤسسة الصراع كظاهرة عرضية ، ناجمة عن عوامل سيكولوجية لإحباطات العمل اليدوي ، لوتيرة العمل و التقسيم التقني للعمل ...الخ. وليس نتاج البنية أي بنية المؤسسة و طبيعة العلاقة القائمة السائدة في المؤسسة. فالمجهود الذي يبدله المسيرون ، هو تقديم ضرورة تنسيق المجهودات لكل العناصر من أجل هدف واحد ومتجاهلين أن المشكلات التنظيم هي مشكلات منظومة من الوسائل المستخدمة من أجل غاية معينة. و التي يكون غالبا أفراد المؤسسة لهم فيها آراء متباينة. لذلك تبدو المؤسسة كمنظومة لسلطة مكلّفة بالضرورة لفرض على الكل غايات البعض، و التي لا يتفق معها بصورة تلقائية البعض الآخر، من الأعضاء. كلمات مفتاحية: علاقات العمل، الصراع، النقابة، المؤسسة، الإضراب، الغياب. تنظيم المؤسسة. Abstract: The system of labor relations is not based on the illusion of community and common interests among social partners, but rather on the existence of interests that are usually different and sometimes contradictory. In order to overcome the source of conflicts arising from the organization of work, many administrations have encouraged possible forms of exclusion, particularly through human relations based on peaceful, submissive and obedient cooperation. In other words, most of the institution's founders regard the conflict as a casual phenomenon, which is the result of psychological factors like frustration of manual labor, the pace of work, the technical division of labor, etc. The structure is not the product of the structure and the nature of the prevailing relationship in the institution. The effort made by the marchers is to provide the need to coordinate the efforts of all the elements for one goal and ignore that organizational problems are problems of a system of means used for a particular purpose. And in which the members of the institution often have differing views. Therefore, the institution seems to be a system of authority necessarily charged to impose on all the goals of some, which is not automatically agreed with others, members. The empirical research in the field of interreligious relations within the institution and society reflected the various theoretical currents that dealt with the subject. We will try to present the most important studies on the subject and to examine some of the theoretical and methodological aspects and the studies that we are going through in several institutions and societies. Empirical studies were far from the backgrounds adopted or constitute the basis for them, but the classification adopted seeks to rationalize the ideas of research, serving the purposes of our subject and therefore we seek from our article to answer the following questions: - What are the forms of labor conflict at the enterprise level? - How conflict is interpreted at the community level. - What are the most important characteristics and transformations that Algerian society has known?
