الملخص

ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تتبع واقع الممارسات التنظيمية في مؤسسة بولاب للأدوات الحديدية والكهربائية بالاعتماد على مقاربة الإدارة بالقرب وذلك من خلال تحليل ومناقشة هذه الممارسات: التخصص وتقسيم الوظائف، رسمية السلوك في المؤسسة، المركزية واللامركزية، صناعة القرارات على مستوى المؤسسة ونظام المعلومات في المؤسسة، وخصوصية تسييرها في إطار هذه المقاربة (القرب الوظيفي، القرب السلمي، قرب الزبائن وقرب نظام المعلومات). وذلك وفق منهج وصفي تحليلي بأسلوب دراسة الحالة حيث اعتمدنا على أداة المقابلة لجمع المعلومات والتي تمت اجراؤها مع المسيرين وبعض الموظفين بالمؤسسة مجال الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة أنه مؤسسة أنه رغم نقص الوعي لدى المالك/مسير المؤسسة محل الدراسة بأسس الممارسات التنظيمية في المؤسسة وكيفية تسييرها إلاّ أنها تطبق بعض من أساليب الادارة بالقرب، حيث نلاحظ أن شخصية المالك/المسير تسيطر على سيرورة على المؤسسة . الكلمات المفتاح : مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة ؛ ممارسات تنظيمية ؛ مقاربة الادارة بالقرب. Abstract: This study aims to trace the reality of organizational practices in the Boulabe Corporation for Iron and Electrical Tools based on the approach of management close by analyzing and discussing these practices: specialization and division of jobs, formalization of behaviour in the organization, centralization and decentralization, decision-making at the enterprise level and the information system in the institution And the privacy of its operation within the framework of this approach (functional proximity, peaceful proximity, customer proximity and information system proximity). And that is according to a descriptive and analytical approach using the case study method, where we relied on the interview tool to collect information that was conducted with the managers and some employees of the institution in the field of study. The study concluded that although the owner/manager of the enterprise in question lacked awareness of the foundations of the organization's organizational practices and how they were run, it applied some management methods nearby, and we also noted that the owner/manager personality controlled the conduct of the enterprise.
