الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر صحة الفرد في مقدمة اهتمامات الإنسان على مدار التاريخ، ولأجل هذا كان تصرف المريض في طلب الشفاء وتصرف الطبيب في تقديم العلاج مبنيا على حسن الظنون، وإنّما اعتمد عليها لأن الغالب صدقها عند قيام أسبابها، فالعلماء ومنهم الأطباء يشتغلون بالعلوم على ظن أنّهم ينجحون ويتميزون والمرضى يتداوون لعلهم يشفون. وملاك أمر الطبيب أن يجعل علاجه وتدبيره دائرا على ستة أركان: حفظ الصحة الموجودة، وردّ الصحة المفقودة بحسب الإمكان، وإزالة العلّة أو تقليلها بحسب الإمكان، واحتمال أدنى المفسدتين بدفع أعظمهما، واحتمال أكبر المصلحتين بتحصيل أعظمهما فعلى هذه الستة مدار العلاج. فإلى أي مدى استطاع طب القلوب وطب الأبدان والطب الوقائي والطب العلاجي تحقيق مآلات الشفاء ومقاصد حفظ النفس التي هي كلية من كليات الشرع وبوابة لحفظ الدين وحفظ باقي كليات الشرع المعتبرة ؟ Abstract: The health of the individual is at the forefront of human concerns throughout history. Thus, the patient’s behavior in seeking healing and the doctor’s behavior in providing treatment was based on good assumptions. Rather, it was mainly relied on because of its validity .Scientists, including doctors, work with science, thinking that they will succeed , and the sick heal so that he may be cured, and the doctor’s code is to make his treatment and management revolve around six principals: preserving existing health, restoring lost health as possible, removing orminimizing the bug as possible, and the possibility of the least of the two spoilers by paying the greatest of them, and the possibility of the two greatest interests in collecting the greatest of these six over the course of treatment. Therefore, to what extent has cardiology, body medicine, preventive medicine, and curative medicine been able to achieve the outcomes of healing and the purposes of self-preservation that are one of Sharia colleges, and a gateway to preserving religion and preserving the rest of the prestigious Sharia colleges?
