الهلال الأحمر الجزائري ..الوجه الإنساني لثورة التحرير الوطني

الملخص
ملخص: لمجابهة العدو الفرنسي كان لابد من خلق قوى إيديولوجية موازية لتلك التي جندها الفرنسيون خاصة في المجال الصحي وهذا ما دفع قيادة الثورة للتفكير في إنشاء منظمة الهلال الأحمر الجزائري بوصفه الوجه الإنساني لثورة التحرير الوطني ،ولكن سرعان ما أبدت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر رفضها للاعتراف به ، ردا على ذلك قام مندوبي الهلال الأحمر الجزائري بتحرير بيان بعدة لغات طلبا للمساعدة وبذلك إجباره على اتخاذ موقف إزاء القضية الجزائرية وعلى إثر ذلك حصد الهلال الأحمر الجزائري البعد الدولي المنشود تحت كنف جبهة التحرير الوطني كسلطة وصية عليه . من أهم إنجازاته تأمين احتياجات جيش التحرير الوطني ،تكوين ممرضات وممرضين ومسعفين ، الإهتمام بالإعلام بغية تسليط الضوء على القضية الجزائرية لكسب المساندة والتأييد من الدول الأجنبية ، المساهمة في الإفراج عن أسرى اللفيف الأجنبي بهدف مطالبة اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر بإلزام السلطات الفرنسية بتطبيق إتفاقية جنيف ، وكل هاته الإنجازات الباهرة تندرح ضمن كفاءة وحنكة إطاراته حيث كان لهم التأثير الجلي على مواقف أغلبية أعضاء اللجنة من جميع أنحاء العالم خاصة وأنه كان ملتزما بمبادئها من خلال خدماته الإنسانية في قضية الأسرى الفرنسيين وهذا ما أكسبه تأثيرا سياسيا إذ ساهم بشكل كبير في ترويج القضية الجزائرية للرأي العام الدولي . Abstract: To confront the French enemy, ideological forces had to be created in parallel to those recruited by the French, especially in the area of health, which led the leadership of the revolution to consider the establishment of the Algerian Red Crescent Organization as the human face of the national liberation revolution, but the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) quickly expressed its refusal to recognize it, in response, the Algerian Red Crescent delegates edited a statement in several languages for help, thereby forcing him to take a position on the Algerian issue; as a result, he has reaped the desired international dimension under The National Liberation Front as its guardian. The Algerian Red Crescent has many achievements, but the most important ones are: securing the needs of the National Liberation Army, training nurses and paramedics, paying attention to the media in order to highlight the Algerian issue to gain the support of the foreign states, and contributing to the release of foreign prisoners of the foreign legion with a view to requesting the ICRC to commit the French authorities to the implementation of the Geneva Convention, all these remarkable achievements are within the efficiency and skill of his frames, as they have clearly influenced the positions of the majority of Committee members from around the world, especially since he was committed to its principles through his humanitarian services in the cause of the French prisoners, this has made him politically influential and has contributed significantly to the promotion of the Algerian issue to the international public opinion.
