الملخص
The stages of presenting a thesis, since the preparative one to defending of this thesis, represent a culmination of an intellectual, psychological and physical marathon. As the thesis is a long, a dense, a challenging, and an arduous work for the student who is conducting it as well as for his immediate entourage. Thus, preparing a doctoral thesis in social sciences is boarding on an exciting intellectual adventure, and more or less unforgettable one.In short, the researcher is confronted with a personal assessment but also with intellectual endurance. For this, he must prepare both financially and emotionally, and often organize himself at the family level. We would like to point out that there is no designed formula or ready-made model for carrying out a successfully research, when we know that each student evolves in a particular context, more or less restrictive. According to us, the best thing is to have a good state of mind, which consists of learning to manage stress and focusing the ultimate goal to complete,so forth your work.
