الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيس إلى دراسة دور الخصائص الهيكلية للاقتصاد في اختيار نظام الصرف الملائم للدينار الجزائري وفق ما تقتضيه أهداف الإصلاحات الهيكلية التي شهدها الإقتصاد الجزائري، وذلك من خلال استخدام الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي لمجموعة من المتغيرات المتعلقة بالخصائص الهيكلية للإقتصاد التي لها تأثير هام في اختيار نظام سعر الصرف الأمثل. وتظهر النتائج أن معظم الخصائص الإقتصادية باستثناء درجة الإنفتاح الإقتصادي، ومعيار الشركاء التجاريين ترجح أفضلية تطبيق نظام صرف أكثر مرونة للدينار الجزائري، مما يوفر حماية أكثر من الصدمات الخارجية التي يتعرض لها الإقتصاد الجزائري الذي يعاني من التركز السلعي للتجارة الخارجية، فاعتماد نظام صرف أكثر مرونة للدينار يعتبر خيارا مناسبا لمعظم الخصائص الإقتصادية محل الدراسة. This research aimed to study the role of the structural characteristics of the economy in choosing the appropriate exchange regime for Algerian dinar as required by the objectives the structural reforms witnessed by the Algerian economy, The research adopted the descriptive and analytical method for a set of variables related to the structural characteristics of the economy that have an important effect on the choice of the Optimal exchange rate regime. The results reveal that most of the economic characteristics except the economic openness, and the standard of trading partners, give preference to apply a more flexible exchange rate regime for Algerian dinar, which provides more protection than the external shocks to the Algerian economy, which suffers from the commodity concentration of foreign trade, the adoption of a more flexible exchange regime for dinar is an appropriate option for most of the studied economic characteristics.
