سبل تفعيل الفهم المقصدي للسنة النبوية

الملخص
يتمحور موضوع هذ البحث حول سبل تفعيل الفهم المقاصدي للسنة النبوية، ذلك أن للسنة ضوابط لفهمها، استقاها العلماء باستقراء نصوص الوحي، كما استنبطوا مقاصد الشريعة بالاستقراء أيضا، غير أنه من وجهة نظري نفتقد لآليات توظيف تلك المقاصد على الحقل المعرفي للسنة النبوية في ظل ضوابط فهمها، ومن هنا يُطرح الإشكال : ما هي سبل تفعيل الفهم المقاصدي للسنة النبوية؟ هذا ما يحاول هذا البحث الإجابة عنه، من خلال جملة من السبل، تتمثل في: * ضرورة فهم السنة مقترنة بالقرآن. * ضرورة التعامل مع النص القرآني والنبوي وكأنه أنزل علينا، فلا ينبغي قراءتهما بعقول غيرنا. *ضرورة الإلمام بمقاصد الشريعة الكلية، حتى نستطيع الرجوع إليها في فهومنا للواقع والنص. *ضرورة الربط بين السنة وبين التطبيق العملي لها والمتمثل في السيرة النبوية الصحيحة، حيث تعتبر السيرة النبوية تفسيرا لكثير من الغوامض ومشكلات النصوص . *ضرورة العمل على تنقية السنة النبوية من الروايات الواهية، التي كثيرا ما تشوش على مقاصد السنة، بل وتناقضها أحيانا. *ضرورة إعمال ضوابط فهم السنة . *ضرورة الإلمام بأمهات العلوم الأخرى، بدءا بالعلوم الشرعية وانتهاء بالعلوم المعاصرة كعلم النفس وعلم الاجتماع وغيرها، كونها تساعد على فهم النص النبوي والواقع، الذي نصبو إلى تنزيل النص عليه The theme of this research revolves around ways to activate the intended understanding of Prophetic sunnah because it has regulations for its understanding which had been drawn by the scholars from their analysis of the texts of revelation , and they deduced the purposes of Sharia by analysing as well. For me , we lack the mechanisms for using these purposes in the cognitive field of the Prophetic sunnah. hence the problem arises : what are the ways to trigger the intended understanding of the prophetic sunnah? This is what this research tries to answer , through a number of ways such as : • The necessity of understanding the sunnah associated with quran • The necessity of dealing with the quranic and prophetic texts as if it was revealed to us , so it should not be read by the mind of others. • The necessity of familiarity with all the purposes of sharia , so that we can refer to it in our understanding of reality and the text . • The necessity of linking the sunnah with its practical application represented in the authentic prophet’s biography , as the prophet’s biography is considred as an explanation of many ambiguities and problems of texts. • The necessity of working to purify the prophet’s sunnah from flimsy narrations that often confuse the purposes of sunnah , and sometimes contradict them. • The necessity of implementing the regulations of understanding the sunnah. • The necessity of being familiar with other mother sciences starting with sharia science and ending with contemporary sciences such as psychology , sociology and others , as it helps to understand the text of the prophet which we aim to apply it on reality .
