الملخص
ملخص: رواية الحديث بالمعنى من المسائل الحديثية التي تناولها المتقدمون في مصطلح الحديث واعتنوا بها، لأنها تتعلق بمناهج توثيق أسانيد الأحاديث ونصوصها، ورواية الحديث بالمعنى فيها جانبان مهمان هما تحقيق رواية النص وبيان القصدالذي يدل عليه النص الأصلي للحديث من خلال تعدد مروياته، وهذا ما كان له أثر ظاهر في الفهم المقاصدي للأحاديث النبوية حيث بحثت هذه الدراسة في ثلاث مسائل حديثية وهي: اللفظ الذي ينعقد به النكاح، وحديث الميت يعذب ببكاء أهله عليه، وحديث سفر المرأة Abstract: The narration of hadith in the sense of the meaningis one of the hadith issues that the advanced haddealt with in the term hadith and took care of it, because it relates to the methods of documenting the hadiths chain of narration and its texts, and the narration of the hadith in the meaning has two important aspects, namely the realization of the narration of the text and the statement of intentindicated by the original text of the hadith through the multiplicity of its narrations, and this washis An apparent impact on the intendedunderstanding of the hadith of the Prophet, as this study examined three hadith issues, namely: the wording in which the marriage takes place, the hadith of the deceased being tormented by the crying of his family over him, and the hadith of the woman traveling.
