الملخص
ملخص: إن المعنى العام للتمويل ينصرف إلى تدبير الأموال أو الموارد اللازمة للقيام بالنشاط الاقتصادي ، وفي الأصل فإن الإنسان يموِّل أنشطته الاقتصادية من موارده الذاتية ، ولكن في أحيان كثيرة لا تكفي الموارد الذاتية لتمويل هذه الأنشطة خاصة في مجال إنشاء المشروعات وتشغيلها، وهنا يتم اللجوء إلى الغير للحصول على التمويل . إن عملية البحث عن موارد مالية للإنفاق على الأنشطة المرتبطة بالمجال الرياضي أصبحت مشكلة رئيسية لمواجهة متطلبات الاحتراف في المجال الرياضي، وللتمويل الرياضي دور مهم لحل المشاكل الموجودة على مستوى الهيئات الرياضية بمختلف أنواعها ، سواء تعلق الأمر بالبيع أو الشراء أو الانتقالات والتبادل. والنوادي الرياضية الجزائرية كغيرها من النوادي في العالم، تعمل في ظل بيئة تنافسية سريعة التغير و بالغة في التعقيد، مطالبة اليوم في البحث عن مصادر تمويلية جديدة و عدم الاعتماد كلية على الدعم الحكومي وهذا يعتبر من المتطلبات الأساسية للدخول في الاحتراف الحقيقي الذي ينبني على أسس علمية صحيحة و ليس على العشوائية و الارتجالية في تسيير الأمور اليومية للنوادي الرياضية. The summary of the study : Finance means the management of money needed to pay for a project originally, person finances His economic activities from his personal resources but these resources aregenerally not enough to finance these activities especially in the field of the projects fulfillment .At this stage, people Look for helping from the others . Really, to find a financial resources , to finance the activities of the sportive field , Become a main to face the requirements of the professional sportive field. the sportive Finance has an important role to solve problems that we find in the different sportive Corporations; when we are talking either about sale, and buying or moving and exchange. The Algerian sportive clubs , are as the other clubs in the world , work in competitional environment. Nowadays, these clubs are obliged to search for new resources and Don't almost depend on the government, and these resources are the main requirements in order to be in the night profession that is built courtly not randomly. .The problem of the study: 1 What are the main resources that are used to finance professional sportive clubs Of football in Algeria? 2.The questions of the study: 1-are the financial helping that are given from government considered as one of the main resources? 2-Is the personal finance considered as one of the main resources to finance theprofessional sportive clubs in Algeria? 3. The hypotheses of the study: A- The general hypothesis : the main resources of financing the professional sportive clubs of football in Algeria are the support that are given from the government and the personal contribution also . B- the partial hypothesis: 1.the financial contribution from the government is considered as one of the basic resources to finance the professional sportive clubs in Algeria. 2. the personal finance to these clubs is considered as the primary resources for the professional sportive clubs in Algeria. The time period: from January to June 2011. The place: practical study in the professional association of football in Algeria. The useful methodology: the descriptive. The useful tools: instruments. -an application that is given to the president of the assembies of popularity andmunicipality. -an application that is given to the presidents of the professional sportive clubs ofFootball of the first professional association.
