التَّأويل المقاصدي للحديث النَّبوي: مشروعيته، تطبيقاته، وضوابطه

الملخص
ملخص البحث: جاء هذا البحث للتَّعريف بمسلك من مسالك الفهم المقاصدي للسنَّة النَّبوية وهو "التَّأويل المقاصدي"، وهو الذي تُلتمس فيه المعاني الحقيقيَّة للنُّصوص ويُجتنب فيه الفهم الحرفي؛ من خلال صرف اللَّفظ عن معناه الظَّاهر المتبادر للذِّهن إلى معنى يحتمله لقرينة مقاصديَّة، مع توضيح أصالته وشواهد مشروعيته من سنَّة النَّبيِّ -صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم- وآثار صحابته الكرام، وامتداد تطبيقاته إلى شرَّاح الحديث المتقدِّمين منهم والمتأخِّرين، ثم استخلاص أهم القواعد التي تضبط هذا المسلك الدَّقيق من التَّفقُّه في حديث النَّبيِّ -صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم- حتى لا يضيع بين تمييع المتساهلين وخوف المتشدِّدين. Abstract: This research aimed at defining a path of motivational understanding of the Prophet’s Sunnah which is the “Motivational Interpretation”,where true meanings of the texts are sought and the literal understanding is avoided. By distracting the term from its outward emerging meaning for a possible meaning due to a motivational clue, with clarification of its originality and legitimacy evidences from the Sunnah of the Prophet - PBUH - and the narrations of his honorable companions, and the extension of its applications to the commentators of the Hadith, the earlier and later ones, then extracting the most important rules that control this accurate method of understanding the Hadith of the Prophet -PBUH -so that it would not be lost between the dilution of the indulgences and the fear of extremists.
