الملخص
ملخص: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على مصطلح محوري تبنته كل الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بالمرأة والأسرة وهو "الجندر"، وتهدف إلى توضيح صراعه الشرس مع الاختلافات الفطرية بين الذكر والأنثى ومع مقومات وأسس الأسرة، وسعي هذه الفلسفة لعالم بدون أسر فطرية(ذكر/أنثى) ودعوتها للشذوذ والأسر اللانمطية، ومن أهم النتائج أن القرآن طرح بديلا يقر الاختلاف بينهما باعتباره ضرورة لاستمرار النوع الإنساني، في إطار من التكامل بين شقي الإنسان لتحقيق استقرار الأسرة وانطلاق عمراني جديد. This research paper seeks to identify a central term adopted by all international conventions related to the family, which is "gender". It aims to Clarify its conflict with the innate differences between male and female, and its pursuit of this philosophy for a world without innate families (male / female) and its call to homosexuality and atypical families. The quranic and intentional approach is based on confirming the differences between men and women, which is the only way to garantie the continuation of the humankind. The refore the family will be always the main unite of away human development.
