الملخص
يتحدث المقال عن أحاديث ورد فيها ما يدل على طهارة جلد الميتة بالدباغ، ثم النظر في أوجهها واختلاف رواتها نقدا وفقهًا، ثم خلص البحث إلى أن الأوجه التي ليس فيها ذكر الدباغ أصح وأرجح من الأوجه التي فيها ذكر الدباغ، وأن أصح ما ورد هو الاستمتاع بجلد الميتة، والعرف قد جرى عندهم في عصر النبوة على أن الذي يستمتع به يكون مدبوغا، ومنهم من يستمتع به على أية حال كان. الكلمات المفتاحية: دباغ، الجلد، الإهاب، الميتة، حديث. The article deals with the Ahadith (Prophetic sayings) that mentioned the purity of tanned dead animals’ skin. It also examines the different interpretations by different narrators through a critical jurisprudential study. The research concluded that the interpretation which did not mention tanning are more authentic than those which mentioned it. The most authentic narrations the permission of using tanned dead animals’ skin. The norm in the Prophethood era was that animal’s skin should be tanned to be used and some would use them in any state (without being tanned).
