تداعيات جائحة الكورونا على العولمة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إلى تسليط الضوء على التحولات في العلاقات الاقتصادية في ظل جائحة الكورونا و كذا اثار الصدمة على دول العالم، فهي بمثابة عنوان مرحلة وسيمة العصر، جاءت في خضم دورة العولمة الحديثة التي شهدت سلسلة من الضربات منذ الأزمة المالية 2008-2009 منها: أزمة الديون الأوروبية، خروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي، والحرب التجارية بين الولايات المتحدة والصين. وإن صعود الشعوبية في العديد من البلدان يميل أكثر نحو التحيز المحلي ان المذبحة الاقتصادية والمالية التي أحدثها الوباء يمكن أن تترك ندوباً عميقة على الاقتصاد العالمي. و التي صعبت من دور البنوك المركزية كخط الدفاع الاول لمواجهة تحدي العولمة المالية و الذي يندرج في اطار حزم الانقاذ العديدة التي انتهجتها مختلف الدول للتخفيف من التداعيات العويصة للجائحة. سوف تسرع جائحة كورونا من التغيير الذي كان قد بدأ بالفعل: الابتعاد عن العولمة المتمركزة في الولايات المتحدة إلى عولمة أكثر مركزية في الصين، و يرهن مستقبل العولمة ويدعم مقولة التحدي الصيني للأولوية الأمريكية كما جاء في كتاب " هل فازت الصين" لكيشور محبوباني ، و التاريخ سوف يكتبه المنتصرون على الجائحة . الكلمات المفتاحية : جائحة كرونا ، العولمة المالية والاقتصادية ، البنوك المركزية. تصنيف JEL: G01 ,F60,E58 Abstract : his study aims at highlighting the shifts in economic relations under the pandemic Koruna and as well as the effects of trauma on the countries of the world, they serve as a stage and komely era title, it came in the midst of the modern cycle of globalization, which has seen a series of strikes since the 2008-2009 financial crisis, including: European debt crisis, Britain's exit from the European Union, trade war between the United States and China.
