Résumé

In a market economy, where the intensity of competition is tougher, resources and skills are considered as the foundation of the competitive advantage of a company. However, the objective of this article is to examine the situation of resources in Algerian companies as well as the contribution of a foreign partner to improve competitiveness. For this, we adopted a quantitative approach as a methodological means relying on CAWI method (call and web investigation). Finally, the empirical results show that there is a shortfall in resources in Algeria, and the partnership is seen as a fundamental way to address this lack.
