الحوكمة كآلية لتفعيل أداء شركات التأمين – دراسة حالة الشركة الجزائرية للتأمينات(caat)–

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة لإبراز دور آليات الحوكمة في تفعيل أداء الشركة الجزائرية للتأمينات(CAAT) ممثلة في: مجلس الإدارة، المراجعة الداخلية، إدارة المخاطر، الخبير الاكتواري، حيث قمنا بتوزيع 50 استمارة استبان على الموظفين وتم استرجاع 34 استبانة للدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للحوكمة على الأداء الإداري، المالي، التأميني والتنافسي للشركة الجزائرية للتأمينات، الأمر الذي انعكس إيجاباً على مستوى أدائها. Cette étude visait à mettre en évidence le rôle des mécanismes de gouvernance dans l'activation de la performance de la Compagnie Algérienne d'Assurances (CAAT) représentée par: le conseil d'administration, l'audit interne, la gestion des risques et l'actuaire, puisque nous avons distribué 50 questionnaires aux salariés et 34 questionnaires ont été récupérés pour l'étude. L'étude a révélé qu'il existe un effet statistiquement significatif de la gouvernance sur la performance administrative, financière, d'assurance et concurrentielle de la compagnie d'assurance algérienne, ce qui s'est reflété positivement sur son niveau de performance. This study aimed to highlight the role of governance mechanisms in activating the performance of the Algerian Insurance Company (CAAT) represented by: Board of Directors, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Actuary, where we distributed 50 questionnaires to employees and 34 questionnaires were retrieved for the study. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of governance on the administrative, financial, insurance and competitive performance of the Algerian Insurance Company, which was reflected positively on the level of its performance
