الملخص
ملخص: شهد النظام الدولي بسقوط جدار برلين ونهاية الحرب الباردة توجها جديدا نحو تثبيت القيم الغربية الليبرالية والسير نحو نهج أمركة العالم ليصبح على نمط واحد، يحمل شعارات الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان. كما شهد غياب أحد أهم أقطابه الأساسية المتمثل في الاتحاد السوفيتي السابق، الذي خلفته روسيا كوريث شرعي. وبما أن الفضاء الأوراسي يشهد في الوقت الراهن تصارع وتنافس القوى الكبرى، واستنادا إلى تعبير المنظر الروسي ألكسندر دوغين؛ فإن الأهمية التي تتمتع بها أوكرانيا في الرقعة الأوراسية هي سبيل روسيا في استعادة النفوذ الأوراسي. Abstract: With the fall of Berlin wall and the end of the cold war, the international system witnessed a new trend into stabilizing liberal western values and moving towards an approach to Americanizing the world to be on one style bearing the slogans of democracy and human rights. It also witnessed the absence of one of its important poles - Soviet Union- in which Russia made it as the legitimate heir. Since the Eurasian space is currently witnessing the great powers struggle and competition, and According to the expression of the russian theoretician Alexander Dugin, the importance that Ukraine has in the eurasian territory is Russia’s way to restore eurasian influence.
