سوسيولوجية الثقافة الفرعية الخاصة بالانحراف و الجريمة

الملخص
يعد مفهوم الثقافة الفرعية من المفاهيم الهامة في علم الاجتماع، لذا يهدف هذا المقال للتعريف باحدى الثقافات الفرعية و هي الثقافة الفرعية الخاصة بالانحراف و الجريمة، بحثا في نشأتها و أهم خصائصها، من خلال استخدام المنهج التحليلي و الاعتماد على النظريات و الدراسات الخاصة بالثقافة الفرعية المنحرفة. أين تم التوصل الى أن هذه الثقافة لها قيمها ومعتقداتها وأساليب حياة خاصة بها تميزها عن الثقافة العامة. و أنه لا توجد ثقافة فرعية منحرفة يشترك فيها جميع المنحرفين أو المجرمين ، انما تختلف باختلاف سمات معينة كالبيئة الاجتماعية و الجنس، و التي تميز ثقافة فرعية منحرفة عن ثقافة منحرفة أو اجرامية أخرى. The concept of subculture is one of the important concepts in sociology, so this article aims to introduce one of the subcultures, which is the subculture of delinquency and crime, in search of its genesis and its most important characteristics, through the use of the analytical method and relying on theories and studies of the deviant subculture. . Where has it been found that this culture has its own values, beliefs and ways of life that distinguish it from the general culture? And that there is no perverted subculture in which all deviants or criminals participate, but rather it differs according to certain features such as the social environment and gender, which distinguish a deviant subculture from another deviant or criminal culture.
