الملخص
Abstract : The right to establish associations has been enshrined in various Algerian laws, with Law 12-06 being one of the most important political reform laws known to the Algerian state, because it has an impact on collective life in Algeria, especially in the sports field. This is what we are seeking in Both Law N°. 13-05 of July 23, 2013 on the organization and development of physical and sports activities and Executive Decree N°. 15-74 of February 16, 2015, which sets out the provisions and the model basic law applicable to the sports club.
