الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر المشكلات الزواجية واقع لا مفر منه في الحياة الزوجية ، وضرورة لنضج و بناء الأسرة، فلا تخلو حياة ولا أسرة بلا مشاكل، لكن ما ينبغي معرفته هو ضرورة التكيّف مع تلك المشاكل و المواقف الصعبة التي تعترضنا في الحياة و تعترض الأزواج خلال العشرة الزواجية ، و ضرورة إيجاد السبل و الآليات التي ضبط الأمور و تساهم في حل تلك المشكلات التي قد تعصف بالحياة الزوجية و تفك الرباط لمجرد أتفه الأسباب ، إن لم يتقن الزوجين بعض الفنون و التقنيات لإدارة الحياة الزوجية و حل المشكلات التي تقع بينهما دون أن يكون لها بالغ الأثر عليهما أو على أبناءهما أو على المجتمع ككل ، وبما أن الطبيعة البشرية تقتي أيضا ضرورة التعرف على الآخر الذي نعيش معه ،باعتبار الإنسان اجتماعي بطبعه وهو بحاجة لأن يرى نفسه في أعين الآخرين و يحس بقيمته لديهم ، ولأن بالزواج يحصل للإنسان رفقة و شراكة تلازمه و ترافقه مدى حياته ، فإن الحفاظ على هاته الرابطة و الشراكة ، يستدعي التحلي ببعض الاستراتيجيات المهمة لإدارة الخلافات و المشكلات الزواجية التي تعترض حياة الأزواج ولا مناص منها سوى مواجهتها و إدارته بحكمة وروية ، وذلك يستدعي تحلي الزوجين بالذكاء العاطفي و فنّ التواصل والإتصال باعتبار هذا الأخير أهّم عنصر لبناء العلاقات الإنسانية و استمرارها، وباعتبار العلاقات الزوجية فرع من تلك العلاقات ، فأنه ينبغي أن يكون للإتصال والتواصل الفعّال نصيب منها ، وذلك ليتحقق التفاعل بين الزوجين و تكون العلاقة في حصن منيع ، وتنصهر المشكلات الزواجية في ظلّ وجود إتصال فعّال بين الزوجين، ولهذا أراد الباحث من خلال هاته الورقة البحثية إبراز أهمية و دور الإتصال أو التواصل في إدارة المشكلات الزواجية. Abstract: Mariages problems are considered an inevitable reality in martage life, and the necessity of maturing and building a family.No life without a family without problems, but what we should know is the need to adapt to those problems and difficult situations that confront us in life and the husbands during the ten marriage, and The need to find ways and mechanisms that control matters and contribute to solving those problems that may rock the marital life and break up Rabat just because of the most trivial reasons, if the spouses have not mastered some of the arts and techniques to manage marital life and solve problems that occur between them without having a significant impact on them Or their children or the society as a whole, and Since human nature also requires the need to identify the other with whom we live, as a human being is social in nature and needs to see himself in the eyes of others and feel their value to them, and because marriage gets man companionship and partnership accompany and accompany him throughout his life, the maintenance of this bond and Partnership, requires some strategies to manage the differences and marital problems that face the lives of couples and is inevitable only to face and manage wisely and carefully, and that requires the couple's emotional intelligence and the art of communication and communication as the latter is the most important element for building and sustaining human relations And, as marital relations branch of those relationships, it should have effective communication and communication share, so as to achieve interaction between the spouses and the relationship in the immune fortress, and mariages problems are fused in the presence of effective communication between the spouses, so the researcher wanted through this research paper Highlight the importance and role of communication or communication in the management of mariages problems.
