Algeria's General Budget Between The Decline Of Oil Prices And The Impacts Of Corona Pandemic

الملخص

This study is aiming to describe the efforts made by Algeria to confront the corona pandemic under the decline of oil prices, trying to find solutions to this disease on its nature and regarding the low price of oust Texas, in order to estimate the both parameters on general budget in this country. In this case, we try to propose some mechanisms to attain general financial equilibrium and confront any further chocks in the future
