اقتصاديات التعليم وأثرها في النمو والتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في دول الخليج العربي

الملخص
الملخص العربي : أصبحت اقتصاديات التعليم فرعا من النظرية الاقتصادية وجزءاً من الأمور الأساسية في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية ، وقد أثرت هذه المفاهيم ولا تزال تؤثر على خيارات الدول المختلفة في مواجهة المشاكل المتعددة .وقد اهتمت مؤسسات المحلية بعملية تطوير العملية التعليمية لأنها تعود بالمنفعة الكبيرة ، وعلى الرغم من ما يواجهه هذا القطاع من عثرات ومشاكل وتحديات تحده من المتطورة والوصول إلى الرقي الحضاري , لذلك كان التركيز على العملية التعليمة من أجل إخراج قوى عاملة تتناسب وتوائم بين مخرجات العملية الاقتصادية التربوية ومتطلبات وحاجات سوق العمل المحلية ومتطلبات عملية التنمية الشاملة والمستدامة بكل جوانبها المختلفة.لذا اتجه البحث إلى دراسة اقتصاديات التعليم وعلاقتها بالنمو الاقتصادي والتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية , ولأهمية الموضوع في العملية التنموية والنمو الاقتصادي تناولت الباحثة دراسة الإطار النظري لاقتصاديات التعليم وعلاقته بالنمو الاقتصادي والتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وواقع التعليم العالي في دول الخليج العربي , وخرجت الدراسة بنتائج أهمها (تساعد اقتصاديات التعليم على تنمية القدرات والمتمثلة بزيادة قدرات الإنسان لتحسين مكانته الوظيفية أو لأداء واجبات إضافية أو القيام بمستويات أكبر ، وهي بهذه العملية دائمة التدريب من شأنها أن تمد الإنسان بالمعرفة والمهارة وبعد النظر والبصيرة وهذا الذي يعني تنمية الموارد البشرية التي يؤثر التعليم فيها أثرا كبيرا ويعد المورد البشري الأساس لها) , فضلا عن مجموعة من التوصيات ومنها (إعطاء أهمية لاقتصاديات التعليم وفتح مجالات البحث والتطوير لهذا العلم لعلاقته الوثيقة بباقي العلوم ولا سيما علم الاقتصاد ). Abstract :- The economics of education became a branch of economic theory. It is essential in the field of social sciences. These concepts have been influenced and still affect the options of different countries in facing multiple problems. Local institutions have been interested in the process of developing the educational process because it is of great benefit.Despite what this sector is facing the pitfalls, problems, and challenges which limit its development in order to access to cultural advancement, so the focus was on the instruction process is for getting a labor force that is fit for outputs of the educational economic process requirements. their needs of the local labor market and the requirements of a comprehensive and sustainable development process in all its different aspects studied the economics of education and education and, relationship to economic growth and economic and social development.
