"أطفالنا على الخط" والحياة الرقمية" : من تحديات الرقمنة إلى معضلة الجائحة.

الملخص
تعد الحياة لرقمية إحدى أهم المداخل المستجدة التي تستحق البحث خاصة في علم الاجتماع، وهذا بالنظر الى التطور السريع الذي تشهده تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات فصارت البيئة الرقمية تستقطب جل الفئات وبالأخص فئة الطفولة لتشكل حياتها وتصبح جزءا هاما من عالمها الصغير تشد انتباههم إليها لتشكل اهتماماتهم وممارساتهم اليومية. لكن رغم أهمية المكاسب والفرص التي تتيحها إلا أنهم ومع نقص المرافقة الناجعة صاروا تدريجيا عرضة لمخاطر عدة تهدد كيانهم الاجتماعي والثقافي أثناء تواجدهم على الخط، وهو الأمر الذي ازداد تعقيدا في ظل جائحة كورونا التي اجتاحت العالم بأسره بالموازاة مع ظروف الحجر الصحي التي قيدت فضاءات التواصل المعتادة. لهذا ولمناقشة الموضوع اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي سعيا منا إلى إبراز أهمية الثقافة الرقمية بالنسبة لحياة الطفل بالتعرض لأهم الفرص والمخاطر التي تتيحها له، مع التركيز على اشكال اللامساواة والمخاطر المعلوماتية التي صار عرضة لها ،وبالأخص في ظل الجائحة. وتمكنا في الاخير من الكشف عن الواقع الحرج للطفولة على الخط على المستوى العربي والدولي مع مناقشة سبل تحقيق أمنها الإنساني حفاظا على هويتها، كيانها ومستقبلها. Abstract Digital life is one of the most important emerging approaches that deserve research, especially in sociology, view to the rapid development witnessed by information and communication technology, which attracting all categories , especially childhood . As it become an important part of their small world, drawing their attention, forming their daily interests and practices too. However, despite the importance of the gains and opportunities that they provide, but with the lack of effective accompaniment, they gradually made them vulnerable to several risks threaten their social and cultural entity while they were on line and at a very early stage.This was more complicated by the Corona pandemic, which swept the world, particularly with the quarantine conditions that restricted the usual spaces of communication .So by using a descriptive method we seek through this paper to highlight the importance of digital culture, which has become an urgent need for the requirements of this era.focus on the opportunities and risks offered to the child. To discuss the forms of inequality and risks that they are exposed to in the digital environment, especially in light of the pandemic. Rrevealing at the end the critical reality of childhood on line at the Arab and international level to achieve at least their human security in order to preserve identity, entity and future.
