إجراءات تسجيل حقوق الملكية الصناعية [براءة الإختراع- العلامات]

الملخص
تُعنى حقوق الملكية الصناعية بكل ما ينتجه الذهن والعقل من أفكار وإبداعات مميزة في حقل الاختراعات والابتكارات الصناعية والتجارية .وقد أقر المشرع الجزائري جملة من الشروط الشكلية الإلزامية لتنظيم عملية تسجيل الحقوق الفكرية الصناعية من خلال وضع نصوص قانونية وتنظيمية بتحققها تتقرر الحماية القانونية. و تتمثل الشروط الشكلية في إيداع طلب التسجيل أمام المعهد الوطني لحقوق الملكية الصناعية لتليها عملية تسجيل الطلب في سجلات خاصة إذا ما ثبتت صحته ثم نشر الملكية ضمن النشرة الخاصة بالمعهد وتسلم شهادة الملكية لصاحب الطلب. Industrial property rights concern all ideas and creativity produced by the mind ,and distinguished creations in the field of industrial and commercial inventions and innovations.The Algerian legislator has established a set of mandatory formal requirements for regulating the registration of industrial intellectual rights by establishing legal and regulatory texts with their verification, legal protection is decided..The formal requirements are the filing of the registration application with the National Institute of Industrial Property RightsWho performs his duties related to receiving registration requests, examining them and studying the extent of respecting the legal texts in the deposit processTo be followed by the process of registering the application in special records if it is proven true, then publishing the property within the prospectus of the institute and receiving the ownership certificate for the applicant
