الملخص : يسعى البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على الدور الذي اضطلع به الفقهاء المالكية في الأندلس خلال العهد الأموي والأثر الذي سجلته مشاركتهم في الأحداث السياسية، من خلال المكانة الاجتماعية والعلمية التي شكلوها في هذا العهد ودور السلطة السياسية في تثبيت هذه المكانة واستغلالها لخدمة أجندتها السياسية، وأهم مظاهر مساهمتهم السياسية من خلال تأييد السلطة الأموية أو المشاركة في محاولات الإطاحة بها، والنتائج المترتبة على هذا، كما بين البحث كيف ساهم المذهب المالكي في توحيد المشارب الفكرية والعقائدية في الأندلس وتصديهم للتيارات الفكرية والسياسية المخالفة، وكيف ساهم هذا في إعطاء بعد آخر في استقلالية الأندلس. Abstract: The research seeks to shed light on the role played by Maliki scholars in Andalusia during the Umayyad era and the impact recorded by their participation in political events, through the social and scientific standing they formed in this era, and the role of the political authority in stabilizing this position and using it to serve its political agenda, And address the most important aspects of their political contribution by supporting the Umayyad authority or participating in attempts to overthrow it, and the consequences of this, The research also showed how the Maliki school of thought contributed to uniting the intellectual and ideological stripes in Andalusia and their response to the contrary intellectual and political currents, and how this contributed to giving another dimension to the independence of Andalusia.
