الملخص
الملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى بيان دور الاتصال الجمعوي في الشبكة الجزائرية للدفاع عن حقوق الطفل "ندى" وكيفية مساهمته في ترقية حقوق الطفل في الجزائر، خاصة وأن الاتصال اليوم يلعب دورا كبيرا في تفعيل العمل الجمعوي والتعريف بمختلف نشاطات الجمعية، وكذا سهولة الوصول إلى الفئات المستهدفة وتحقيق رضاهم عبر إحداث التغيير الاجتماعي المقصود، وللوصول إلى الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة قمنا بإجراء عدة مقابلات علمية مع العديد من أعضاء شبكة "ندى"، هذا ما مكننا للوصول إلى عدة نتائج مهمة، لنقف بعدها عند أهم العوائق التي تقف أمام شبكة "ندى"، وتحول أمام تحقيقها للأدوار المنشودة، والخروج ببعض الآليات العملية لتفعيل هذه الأدوار في إطار مكمل للدولة لحماية حقوق الطفل. Abstract: This research paper aims to clarify the role of association communication in the Algerian Network for defending the rights of Child "Nada". In addition, how it contributes to the promotion of children's rights in Algeria. Especially nowadays, where communication plays a major role in activating and introducing the association work. As well, as ease of access to The target groups and achieve their satisfaction by bringing about the intended social change .So in order to answer to the problem of the study, we conducted several scientific interviews with many members of the "Nada" network. This enabled us to reach several important results, as well that we can stand after the most important obstacles that stand in front of the "Nada" network. And it turned towards achieving the desired roles, and coming up with some practical mechanisms to activate these roles within a complementary framework for the state to protect children's rights.
