الصراع الأمريكي الروسي في ظل الأزمة الاوكرانية

الملخص
تشكل الأزمة الأوكراينة الراهنة أبرز التحديات التي تواجه العلاقات الأمريكية –الروسية ، فبين السعي الأمريكي الى تثبيت الهيمنة وبين المعضلة الروسية لتحديد هوية بعد الحرب الباردة، تأتي الأزمة الأوكرانية لتثير العديد من التساؤلات في المجتمع الدولي ككل وحول العلاقات الامريكية الروسية بالتحديد نظرا لما تمثله الأخيرة من أهمية بالنسبة للطرفين وسعي كل منهما لحل تلك الازمة بالشكل الذي يحقق مصالحه الامر الذي يضع تلك العلاقات في محل الشك المستمر ويجعل منها احد التساؤلات الرئيسية التي تطرح سواءا على المستوى الامبريقي أو الأكاديمي النظري. إن الهدف من هذا البحث هو التعريف بالأزمة الاوكرانية الأسباب والجذور التاريخية للصراع الداخلي، الإقليمي والدولي ومسار هذا الصراع وانعكاساته على العلاقات الامريكية الروسية، بالاضافة الى مستقبل تلك العلاقات في ظل تلك الأزمة. وسيتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الذي يعتبر أكثر ملائمة لدراسة أغلب المجالات الإنسانية نتيجة صعوبة استخدام المناهج الاخرى وبالأخص المنهج التجريبي، وذلك من خلال تحديد خصائص الظاهرة ووصف طبيعتها ونوعية العلاقة بين متغيراتها واتجاهاتها. The current Ukrainian crisis is the most prominent challenge facing US-Russian relations, between the American quest to establish hegemony and the Russian dilemma for defining an identity after the Cold War, the Ukrainian crisis raises many questions in the international community as a whole and about US-Russian relations in particular, given the importance of the latter. With regard to the two parties, and each of them’s endeavors to resolve this crisis in a manner that achieves their interests, which puts those relations in constant suspicion and makes them one of the main questions that arise, whether at the empirical or academic theoretical level. The aim of this research is to introduce the historical causes and roots of the Ukrainian crisis to the internal, regional and international conflict, the course of this conflict and its repercussions on the US-Russian relations, in addition to the future of those relations in light of that crisis. The descriptive approach, which is considered more appropriate to study most human areas due to the difficulty of using other approaches, especially the experimental approach, will be used by identifying the characteristics of the phenomenon and describing its nature and the quality of the relationship between its variables and trends.
