الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الأداء المتميز على مستوى المؤسسة المينائية لسكيكدة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها، فقد تم تصميم استبانة موجهة إلى الإطارات بالمؤسسة. بلغ عددهم (51)، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المدعم بأسلوب دراسة حالة، حيث أشارت النتائج إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لرأس المال الفكري على تحقيق الأداء المتميز في المؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوى دلالة 0.05، وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بإدارة رأس المال الفكري باعتباره مصدرا هاما لتحقيق الأداء المتميز من خلال اقتراح نموذج القيمة السوقية الذي يساعد المؤسسة محل الدراسة في ذلك. The study aimed to identify the role of intellectual capital in achieving outstanding performance at the level of the port institution of Skikda, and to achieve the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses. A questionnaire was designed directed at the institution’s staff. Their number reached (51) directors, and the descriptive analytical approach was adopted supported by a case study method, where the results indicated the existence of a statistically significant effect of the intellectual capital on achieving the requirements of outstanding performance in the institution under study at a significance level of 0.05, and the study recommended the need to increase interest in managing Intellectual capital as an important source for achieving outstanding performance by proposing a market value model that helps the institution under study in this.
